Ultrapure Water and Pure Water with EDI technology

Model that provides two qualities of purified water, Ultrapure (Type I) and Pure (Type II) directly from tap water.

With all the advantages of the Plus series software, the system allows Type I Ultrapure Water and Type II Pure Water to be dispensed from the front of the equipment, guaranteeing the highest water quality.

The Electrodeionization System (EDI) uses automatic electrochemical regeneration using an electric field, which allows water with a resistivity of 10 - 15 MΩ·cm to be obtained in a single step. This system provides purified water of consistent quality, regardless of temperature and feedwater quality. In addition, the EDI module incorporates activated carbon spheres into the cathode, which prevents calcification.

It incorporates an automatic recirculation system without dead zones, to guarantee the maximum quality of Type I Ultrapure Water, 254 and 185 nm Photooxidation lamp for organic matter reduction and 0.22 μm Final Particle Filter.

The equipment incorporates a photooxidation lamp that emits two wavelengths at 254nm and 185 nm and that guarantee TOC values << 3 ppb in Ultrapure Water and << 30 ppb in Pure Water.

The use of pressurized tanks guarantees the highest quality of the Type II water stored, maintaining all its properties and avoiding both ionic and microbiological deterioration, by avoiding contact of water with air and light. In this way, the need to recirculate water, disinfect it and CO2 retention systems is avoided, optimizing the equipment's consumables.

The pressurized tank allows the automatic feeding of thermo disinfectors, material washers, autoclaves or any other system.

Optional ultrafiltration cartridge for Molecular Biology, PCR or similar applications, for the control of endotoxins, RNases, DNases and nucleases.

Ideal for consumption of up to 300 liters/day of Type II Water.

Suitable for the most demanding applications of Type II Water (Culture Media Preparation, Preparation of Reagents and Buffer Solutions, RIA/ELISA, AA-Llama, Spectrophotometry) and Low TOC Ultrapure Water in its different versions (AA/IPC, HPLC, Ion Chromatography, GC-MS, TOC Analysis, DNA Sequencing, PCR, Molecular Biology, Monoclonal Antibody Production)
